Domino's Pizza | SECTOR - 38, Chandigarh — Restaurant in Chandigarh

We called several times to Sector 38 Dominos Chandigarh, we placed the order at 10:00 pm, till 10:35, we did not get any confirmation from restaurant, and when we called them at that time, they said it will take 1 hour to deliver, but said if you can pick it up, they can make the order ready in 20 mins, since we live nearby we agreed on the same, after 20 mins of the call we again confirmed from them that if the order is ready, we can pick it up, but they said that the order is ready and the person is leaving and they can dispatch the order if we agree, so we agreed to them, no one came and then after waiting of 1 hr and 45 minutes, at 11:45 pm we received a message that the order is cancelled, we called dominos sec 38 branch, they said that I might have cancelled the order to which i denied, so they confirmed with the delivery boy, the delivery boy said that he came to the house, but no one was at home, that is complete nonsense, he neither ringed the bell of the house, neither called on the Mobile no., very poor service, being in a new year eve rush we understood that our order can be delayed, but this unnecessary suffering is not accepted, where my full family is waiting for food and after making us wait for more than 90 minutes also that too for a prepaid order, you cancel the order at your backend, due to absurd reasons of delivery boy(where he came to our location, but was not able to find anyone at the residence), even though we order pizza yesterday (30.12.2018) in which the delivery boy could locate us in our home as he couldn't today (31.12.2018) i doubt i will again order from Dominos. Pizza is love, whenever one have cravings to eat it, please go to the place and have a bit of pizza. It's calming . You feel so relaxed when you a have bit of pizza especially when you are feeling so hungry. Ordering pizza and eating it at home or outside, is good. But when you go the store and sit there and have a bit , that's amazing. So go the place and order a pizza you love and eat it because Domino's serve delicious pizza .

Now if we talk about the staff, the staff is very cooperative and helpful too . One thing people don’t like about Domino’s is that  they serve the cold drinks costly and this is so true . I mean the price must be reduced . Domino’s must provide the cold drinks at the normal rate as we get in the market. Sometimes it happens that people have to take away the food and buy the cold drinks from outside. So please review my this point and try to find a solution if you can get .
