Extremely Disappointing Experience - Rude Service!

I have been a loyal customer of Kumar Rasoi for a long time, often bringing friends and family to enjoy their food. Despite the high prices, I appreciated the experience and have even been generous with tips.

However, my recent visits for evening soups have been nothing short of disappointing. Two days ago, I was asked to move to a less appealing area due to "clean-up," which I reluctantly accepted. But today, the servant's rude and unacceptable behavior crossed all limits when he again insisted I move, this time with utter disrespect.

Such treatment is completely uncalled for, especially when you're paying a premium. I feel disrespected and unwelcome as a customer. I strongly advise others to reconsider dining at Kumar Rasoi and look for establishments that value their patrons.

Let me share my first time experience in this restaurant :- Highly indecent staff. Its summer time in Chandigarh and weather is really very hot. I requested them to switch on the AC and it was not working. Then I asked them to switch off the multiple high voltage bulbs that were responsible for the high temperature inside the restaurant. After requesting for more than 4-5 times , their cashier went towadrds switchboard and he was so absent-minded that instead of switching off the bulbs ,he switched off LED lights. The whole staff was more concerned about the Zomato, and Swiggy orders rather than on the service of the customers sitting at the restaurant. Food was ok ok.
