Very very poor and disappointing service from your staff ,last night I ordered a pizza and garlic bread online from your app and I get a call from your employee that they don’t provide service to sector 7 Chandigarh asking me to cancel the order After waiting for about 35 minutes I get call from delivery boy who does not understand Hindi or Punjabi language then he does not even understand English and says I don’t understand your English, After calling them I am being put on hold again and again and The guy guri and santosh completely fail to either provide apology or connect to their manager neither they are providing refund ( which I demanded for instant refund due to such humiliation faced ) finally they both from sector 28 and sector 8 stop taking my calls and now it is 8.05 am and my order is still showing under preparing My humble request is if you can not provide proper service and behavior then please close your outlet Worst ever service I have ever seen in my life , henceforth I will boycott and publicly tell my people to never go...

Your food is good and also tasty but I'm very disappointed from your staff members in your restaurant sector 28 chd, because on your counter there is no cashier and another team member told me we don't have the option of pizza Menu in our computers and I was in hurry and some one gave me another way for make order such as online order. One more thing I did request one staff member to make me understand how I can make orders online and one staff member came from the kitchen area for my help and that staff member helped me. But one point I noted there that the kitchen person didn't hand wash after helping me this is an unhygienic process for making pizza. And when I ate pizza I requested one glass of water then she told me our ro water is not working so we don't have it and I saw there was glass of water, I don't know how you can open a restaurant, i think so without water we can't make anything. And once again your staff member didn't hand wash after...

extremely disappointing experience at your Sector 28 C, Chandigarh outlet. I have visited this location twice, and both times, the service and hygiene have been far below acceptable standards.

During my recent visit I encountered the following issues:

The staff was inattentive, failing to acknowledge or assist customers properly.

Poor hygiene conditions in the store raised serious concerns about food safety.

Service was very slow, making the overall experience frustrating.

The staff was rude and unprofessional, showing a lack of basic courtesy.

I suspect that expired sauces were used, as my food had an unpleasant taste.

No manager was available to handle complaints, leaving customers helpless.
