One of the highlights was the abundance of fun lights throughout the hotel. They added a playful touch, creating an atmosphere that was both vibrant and entertaining. It was a unique feature that stood out and added to the overall charm.

The room was well-designed, providing ample space for storing bags and personal items. A cozy seating area beside the window offered a picturesque view of the building opposite and the bustling food market below. This thoughtful setup created a pleasant spot to unwind and take in the local scene.

One checks into these budget hotels on business trips for a good night's rest. But it seems this hotel will let you have anything but. While booking, the one request I made was for a quiet room and was assured of the same. Last night, I was woken up at 3 am by the incessant barking of a dog. At around 4am, when it showed no signs of letting up, I requested the reception staffto check what was wrong. At about 40 minutes, close to around 5am, the dog let up. Just when I had dozed to sleep again, my doorbell rang repeatedly with such frenzy that I though there might be a fire. It was a boy come to give me the newspaper. Normally, newspapers are put quietly outside your door .This hotel only gives newspapers on request, and that too really really noisily. I called reception again to ask them why my sleep had been distributed thus, to which Mr Gokul at the reception replied ' Mujhe kya malum kisne aapki bell bajayi'. Asked him to find out who it was but he never responded. Finally, thoroughly disgruntled by now, I called him again. He admitted it was a new recruit. Why is new staff not trained on how to deal with customers before being set loose on them? I can understand the new boy's mistake, but I can't understand Mr Gokul's rudeness!!

I do not recommend this hotel for anyone who wants a quiet night. They are also stingy with their toilet essentials and even tea things were not replenished, and had to be requested. Not only is service poor, it is also...

Pros & Cons Location Fantastic location—just 15 to 20 minutes from the railway station.

Elante Mall is within walking distance, just a 2-minute walk from the backside of the hotel.

Food Wide variety of dishes, all exceptionally delicious. The vada was my absolute favorite! The buffet servers were incredibly humble and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed. Truly grateful for their patience and hospitality.

Housekeeping The housekeeping staff did an amazing job—quick, efficient, and detail-oriented.

Rooms were impeccably clean, with all essentials readily available.

Washrooms were spotless and well-equipped with toiletries.

In-Room Dining The food was just as delicious as the buffet.

However, the portion sizes felt a bit small compared to the price.

Hospitality The staff was exceptionally kind and welcoming, making sure our stay was a delightful experience.

Infrastructure The property is relatively compact, with limited open space.

Rooms are on the smaller side, and ventilation could be improved.
