Worst service of customer support Simran at Sec-47 Dominos outlet, I ordered pizza at 1:00 pm today. I got a call from delivery agent at 1:50 pm, that she won’t be able to deliver the order, then I spoke to Simran, customer support. She started yelling on the call and cancelled my order without asking me, I placed indi tandoori paneer cheese burst and spend 512, I did not get my refund and she said that she will not refund and give my money, I did not receive any update. Then I got a call from Pooja she said she will reorder and deliver till 3:00 pm. She said she placed my order and sent me bill on WhatsApp which is not visible and I did not receive any message or email for order replaced I need my money back.
