On the night of 23rd September 2025, I went to La Pino’z (Sector 27) to pick up my order, and the staff behaved very rudely while taking the order. This was quite disappointing.

Unfortunately, this kind of behavior seems to be a common issue at many La Pino’z outlets — the staff often speak in a rude or unprofessional manner instead of assisting customers politely.

Even if the food is fine, such behavior ruins the entire experience. La Pino’z really needs to improve the training of their employees and ensure basic courtesy towards customers. Until then, I would not recommend this outlet for a...

I ordered from la pinoz app and paid in online mode via Paytm but the order was never delivered to me and the money was'nt even returned to me .......no one was picking up the phone also ....if they would have informed they can't prepare the order or have just cancelled my order I would have placed it some were else .... because of them I had to stay hungry all night as due to lockdown restrictions in chandigarh I wasn't able to order ......but the worst thing is that the money was'nt even...
