Misosexy Chandigarh — Restaurant in Chandigarh

I had made a reservation for myself and my family prior to visiting MISOSEXY / DIABLO explicitly stating that I need an outdoor seating at 1915 hrs. I reached the club at 1910 hrs, the manager Mr Rajat reached out and told me that since you have children with you I cannot allow you entry to the restaurant nor the club. Upon asking why the same was not enlightened when I made a reservation earlier.

Mr Rajat's response was that I can't write down for you specially " Don't bring your own booze , stags and children not allowed, bullshit etc etc , it is your fault why didn't you ask us about children policy while booking a table ". I found Mr Rajat's behaviour extremely rude, arrogant and harrassing. After a little confrontation I was allowed entry to the club as he failed to show me any sign board or club policy that mentioned anything about Children not being allowed.

The staff escorted us inside and offered us the last table with high chairs which are unsafe for children at the end of the restaurant in the darkness and told us the rest of the tables with regular dining chairs and sofa are reserved and all the outdoor patio tables are sold out. I had to call Mr Rajat again to ask him what happened to my outdoor reservation table which was confirmed for 1915 hrs, to which his abrupt response was " If you want outdoor seating you shd come before 1900 hrs, since you are late you will only get this table now, All tables are just now sold out".

Mind you, the outdoor tables and the indoor dining chair & sofa tables were all empty the whole time I was at the club.

Disappointing Experience

Unfortunately, our visit was marred by subpar service and food quality. With only one server managing 6-8 tables, the service was understandably slow. But what was more disappointing was the food.

The ramen was a letdown, tasting more like a spicy Maggi soup than an authentic bowl of noodles. The Kraw Pow chicken was overly sweet and failed to impress.

But what really raised concerns was the server's attire. The white uniforms were visibly stained, which spoke volumes about the establishment's hygiene and cleanliness standards. It's unacceptable for a food establishment to neglect something as basic as clean uniforms.
