Hotel Turquoise — Hotel in Chandigarh

Very Bad Experience I am have in this Hotel. Almost nothing worked well. Rooms are too small. Very Bad / Foul odour ( smell) coming from room. Staff said it's normal. We will keep the Door open and this will go away. No ventilation in room at all. Washroom is very small. Especially Bathing place. How come you Guys not looking into this. Hot water is not coming in Washroom in any Tab. In morning I called Housekeeping, he rectified the issue, only after that it start working. I have taken Plan which includes Dinner and Breakfast. At reception I was told Dinner will be served at 8th Floor in Open Place ( where a Private Party going). On reaching there I was told there is No Dinner arrangement for any outside person. Then I come back again to Reception there Front Office person is confused where to send me!!! Another Guy helped me out there and come along with me. We went to 1st Floor there I have Dinner. It is acceptable only. WiFi is not working ( on calling to Front Office they said , this is user id and password if it is not working we can't do anything). Such a Flat and Rude answer. Bed sheet has dirty stains. In morning I ordered Tea. It is sent without Tea Pot !!! It wad already cold before the time it was placed on Table. What a bad service and no one accountable for this. They simply said Sir we do not have Teapot. In this Stay there is only one thing which is positive that was the Guy who tried to helped me out from this till what his limit is and what he can do and his politeness. Very Bad Experience I have. This is my worst experience in chandigarh with Hotel turquoise!! NEVER EVER BOOK THIS HOTEL!! I booked it through Goibibo and even they should unlist them. I will also share my review on their platform!!

Literally, the amount I paid and the service I received from them were disgusting. (Don't waste your 6 to 8 thousand rupees for this unprofessional hotel)

When I entered the room, I found the room was not cleaned.

I turned on the refrigerator and found it was not working, and I asked them to change it.

When I asked for a refrigerator change, the response (waiting for 30 to 45 minutes) was not quick; I had to take it out by myself, and I kept it outside of my room. After that, I got another refrigerator.

The used bathroom accessories were there, as the previous person who booked might have used them, and staff didn't clean before allotting me this room.

The blanket was dirty and the chain was opened, and I asked the staff to change it.

The flush—sometimes it worked and sometimes it doesn't.

The shower sucks! It was also not working well!

The bucket was not available in the bathroom from Day 1, and when asked for a bucket at Day 3 because of a shower issue, I received a leaked bucket.

It was like, I was not there to enjoy, but to tell them, please fix this and this.

I have also seen their storage place, which is also very disgusting.

Besides, the hotel itself was cleaned!!

For all the points I have mentioned, I have proof....

During my recent visit to Hotel Turquoise, I had the opportunity to try their food, which was quite tasty. However, I must admit that the service left room for improvement.

The menu offered a decent variety of dishes, and I found the flavors to be satisfying. The chefs at Hotel Turquoise certainly know how to prepare delicious meals that cater to different preferences.

However, the service experience fell short of my expectations. The staff seemed overwhelmed and lacked attentiveness. It took a considerable amount of time for them to take our orders, and there were instances when our requests were overlooked or delayed.

While the food itself was enjoyable, the service interruptions were a bit frustrating. It would have been much more pleasant if the staff had been more attentive and responsive to our needs.

I believe that with some improvement in the service aspect, Hotel Turquoise could truly elevate the dining experience for their guests. It's important for the staff to be well-trained and efficient in order to provide a seamless and enjoyable dining experience.

Despite the service shortcomings, the food at Hotel Turquoise is still worth trying. If you have the patience to overlook the service issues, you'll likely find some delicious dishes on their menu.
