This place is a perfect example of style over substance. All the effort goes into maintaining a pretty restaurant, while the food is an absolute afterthought.
"CHEF'S KITCHEN" is just a name......
There is clearly "NO" actual "SKILLED CHEF" in this kitchen......
It seems like untrained helpers are running the show, and it shows in every bland, poorly cooked dish.
Our latest order of Schezwan Noodles and Fried Rice had ZERO flavor. This isn't a one-off mistake; it's a pattern.
Their chronic issues:
· Burnt jeera rice...in Jeera Rice · Naan as hard as a rock. · Corn Palak made with low-quality, tasteless ingredients.
We complained months ago. They gave us empty promises ("हम ध्यान रखेंगे") and did nothing. The situation has only gotten worse.
The most insulting part? Prices are constantly going up, but the management invests in everything except what matters: hiring a qualified chef and using decent ingredients. You're paying 5-star prices for street-food-level quality, prepared by amateurs.
Their only solution is to offer a remake. Why would we want a remake of the same terrible, helper-made food?

Read moreToday, I visited Chef Kitchen, Mowa to have an egg roll. When my order was ready, the person serving the roll placed it on a plate. I politely requested him to skip the plate as it would be unnecessary and cause waste, and that he could hand it over directly.

This was extremely insulting. It felt like he was directly referring to me in a demeaning manner, which is unacceptable.
I have always loved the food here, especially the biryani. The taste is genuinely amazing, and I truly appreciate the owner for maintaining such great quality. However, sadly, the same cannot be said about the staff behavior.
Today was my last visit to this restaurant. I won’t return again—not because of the food, but because behavior matters more than taste. The owner may not feel the loss of one customer, and I don’t mind either—Raipur has plenty of good restaurants.
So while I give 5 stars for food, I’m giving 1 star overall due to this poor and disrespectful experience. (Unfortunately, Google doesn’t...
Read moreWe recently visited Chef's Kitchen with our family and were thoroughly impressed! This restaurant truly lives up to its name, offering an incredible variety of dishes that cater to both non-vegetarians and vegetarians. The non-veg options were mouth-watering, with standouts like the succulent butter chicken and the flavorful fish tikka masala. The veg options were equally impressive, with delicious dishes like the palak paneer and the veg biryani.
What truly sets Chef's Kitchen apart is its warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The restaurant itself is tastefully decorated, with a cozy and intimate feel that makes it perfect for family dinners. We highly recommend Chef's Kitchen for family dinners, special occasions, non-veg...
