π€β My 5th bad experience with this particular outlet π So last night at 12.33 AM I ordered garlic bread and dip from this outlet via Domino's app and prepaid for the order via UPI. Even after confirmation of order I didn't received a single call from them. As the application showed me that my order is under process I thought everything will be fine but even after 30 minutes that is at 1.03 AM my order still was under process showing "being baked" and till then also they haven't contacted me regarding the delivery.
And then I decided to lodge my complaint in the official application. And just a few minutes after lodging the complaint they called for the first time in the last 45 minutes and I guess that is also because I complained about the store and I think if I haven't written a query about the same in the application they would've just ignored my order and cancelled it anyway after sometime by giving some random excuse.
This was my 4-5th bad experience with this particular store. And it's not only about online order or something, their dine in service is also very poor.
They have the worst service, management and staff.
Anyone who is looking to visit or order from this store, please don't. Just go to the other store near the new bus stand or...

On top of that, there was no proper seating space available, and the area that was there was dirty. When we requested them to clean the table, instead of politely handling it, the staff rudely told us βsit down, we will clean it.β This could have been said in a calm and professional way, but unfortunately, the tone and attitude were extremely rude and unwelcoming.
Whatβs worse is that this was not my first bad experience at this outlet. On a previous visit as well, despite there being hardly 2β3 customers, we were completely ignored when we tried to place our order. It clearly shows a lack of professionalism and no respect towards customers.
If the staff doesnβt feel like doing their job, thatβs their personal choice β but talking to customers rudely and ignoring them is completely unacceptable. Very disappointing...

The store manager Mr. Digvijay on the telephonic conversation was not ready to listen to the problem. Since 21st February 2024, I am in follow up for my money refund. They everytime say different things and today dated on 11th may 2024. The store manager Mr Digvijay completely refused to listen and showed no curtesy towards the issue. Entire team says different points whenever talked with them. And the customer care number is also not responding. This type of behaviour from such a reputed multinational company is not expected. I request Dominos area team to kindly look into the matter and improve the behaviour of staff with necessary actions and training.
