Hotel City Pulse — Hotel in Chhattisgarh

The hotel city pulse is a bad hotel because of the behaviour of the person sitting in the reception. After booking the hotel and paying the total money of 975rs through online via OYO and when reached the hotel, they are not able to give the room and said us to complaint it to oyo. The oyo is taking more commission for the booking was their argument. THIS WAS A BIG DISRESPECT FOR ME AND MY FAMILY. I was coming from Kerala and was tired at that time and they asked me to pay 300 rs more for giving the room in the hotel. I had a recent stay at this hotel (11th Feb-23 till 15th Feb-23) for attending a Conference at Pt. Deendayal Auditorium, Raipur. Mr. Ajay of this hotel supported us by collecting the courier I sent and kept it ready during my arrival. The Prices are also affordable for a decent and hygienic stay. The staffs are very polite and helpful. I was very my impressed 😁 with their hospitality and approaches. Especially their complimentary breakfast were delicious 😋. A great hotel to stay in. I booked room for 2 days and the stay was very relaxing and comfortable. Location is good and easy to access. Beautiful, spacious and extremely clean rooms with all facilities as quoted. Hotel staff is very helpful. Restaurant is having a really good ambiance with taste! Overall hotel City Pulse is very good and is one of the best hotel i found in Raipur in this price range.
