Very poor home delivery service . I was very disappointed with the home delivery service I received on 7th June by the staff . I gave the order on phone by calling their number , 45 minutes passed by and I did not recieve my order so I called them one more time to ask them about my order ,the guy said that my order had not been placed . I went to their place and showed them the history of my call duration and date with their number and asked if I could get my order with the discount of 300 rupees as I had already ordered but it was not taken into consideration . The guy merely told me that he could not do such thing as the order was not placed in spite of me showing him all the proofs that I had given the order ! As a result I didn't recive my order and was really disappointed with the poor attention and service of the staff for a simple home...

I really don't know how this place got 4 stars. yesterday I went here with my friends, first as it was a little crowded, the seats from the backside was the only option left for us to sit. there were 3 or 4 left tables but none of them were clean and hygienic. So, I went to the counter to tell about this condition he ignored me. I know he was taking an order but even when he got free for a minute, I said like 5 or 6 times but he ignored me again.The tables were very dirty, there was food all over the area on the ground, the chair and the table too. The cola we ordered, even that was also dirty it had something on it. and the food quality didn't even matched the domino's. I really don't recommend...

Staff is not as professional in comparison to other Domino's outlets. As i stood in que to order there were three counters / terminals. Lady on one terminal was on phone / texting gentleman on second terminal was busy helping the third counter girl to place order ( as she seems to be new and was very slow in placing order). So practically only one terminal was accepting orders with a new employee who was very slow in accepting orders.

Cleanliness was not up to the mark. Little concern of staff over cleanliness.

However taste of Pizza was at par with other Domino's outlets , so 2...
