Changing my 4-star review just to give them a 1-star rating, which they don’t deserve. They are just money-hungry vendors. I used to go there regularly until I realized their horrible behavior. I went there today and asked for a cake. I just wanted a minimal cake with no extra candies or chocolate on it—just a simple “Happy Birthday” written on it and tiny hearts on the cake (with the same white frosting used to write “Happy Birthday” and the name). The staff talked to the lady owner, and she literally said EXTRA charges. The staff told me to talk to her. Once I said okay, guess what? The lady refused to talk to the customer at the door, like if you don’t have the guts to talk to the customer directly or if it is shameful for you too to ask for money for such things tell your staff in prior. Don’t waste time of your customers. The word “beggars,” respectfully, came to my mind. We all know how OVERPRICED the place is. Not to mention, Sometimes they serve STALE/SPOILT pastries too. A friend of mine always warned me about the owner’s behaviour and asked me to not to visit this place, but sometimes they had good cakes I continued, but not anymore.

Guys, if you really want good cakes and pastries, we have Daily Dose, 7th Heaven, FnP, and a bunch of home bakers baking really good stuff. Go with them—they know how to do business and treat their customers...

Delicious cake, just got what we wanted after a little effort of browsing and sharing pics with the staff there..

We had order a fruit cake as we already had a chocolate cake ..

The cake was soft , fluffy and moist inside.. The decoration was just perfect..

A complete mood maker and recommendation. As they are new in the city you may not find many reviews but must say they are ready to help and deliver customized cake making you and your loved one feel special on their special day..

So here I am writing a review at 7am as the first thing in the morning.. For making our day..

They are not on swiggy, zomato so might take some time to gain publicity... But a complete recommendation.. Do go for them..

Me and my family have had multiple bitter experiences with this bakery. They have not delivered what they were paid for, unsatisfactory cakes for such high prices and no value for customer relations. They straight up argue and belittle the customer, in front of other people. One must learn to talk politely when running a business. We have custom ordered cakes ranging from 1000-4000 at least 10-15 times and the last few times have been just disappointed and might I add humiliating. I am not one to do this kind of a rant on a Google review but that is how...
