More Over Coffee (MOC) — Restaurant in Chhattisgarh

Hello everyone, just wanna say that me and my friends visited MOC thinking it's one of the most posh cafes of Raipur to get a coffee. But frankly speaking, was completely disappointed in all the 6-7 visits we had. We tried almost all the varieties of coffee there and would tell that they are not worth it at all. It is just a waste of your money. Talking about the classic cappuccino, it was the worth, there was no sugar, no milk, no coffee powder, it was just as if I am having a foam with whitener and water in it. The ambience was the worst. As a girl you won't feel comfortable as the ambience is full of wanna be who are just coming there to stair and check out people. The cigarette smoking area there has given shelter to such mentality people. Despite all this, if you still try finding peace by reading books- there are no good books. Air conditioning also works only in some scattered and secluded portions and not everywhere. Overall felt totally waste of money and no peace.

Responding after reading owner's response- we have spent a lot of money and if we are not satisfied we are posting this review for whatever we didn't like, but totally surprised by the owner's post saying we have a personal grudge which I feel has become a trend to respond by such cafes to hide their inefficiencies. Also if you haven't received any such response, you should take it seriously to address the issue and stop beating...

If you're looking for a cozy and chilled-out cafe vibe in Raipur, More Over Coffee definitely hits the spot. It’s tucked away just enough to feel like a break from the usual chaos, but still accessible. The ambiance is warm, modern, and perfect whether you're working on your laptop, catching up with friends, or just relaxing with a book.

☕ Coffee & Food: Their coffee is smooth and well-brewedned. The food menu isn’t too extensive, but what they serve is fresh and tasty. The ravioli pastas and cheesecake are worth trying.

🎶 Atmosphere: Soft music, comfy seating, and a peaceful setting make it a great hangout spot. The interiors are thoughtfully done with cozy lighting and subtle decor. They also have indoor and outdoor seating options.

👨‍🍳 Service: Staff is polite and attentive, though during peak hours, the service can be a bit slow. But they are always friendly and willing to customize your order if needed.

Very POOR and DISAPPOINTING experience. In the name of a coffee shop, it is a blunder.

More than coffee, you will have to inhale the smell of cigarettes there. NOT at all RECOMMENDED for people who want to go there and sit peacefully to have their cup of coffee.

The prices are very high, not par the quality, and also they do not give you coffee on coffee mugs but PAPER CUPS.

I just want to raise this question - what exactly are you charging your customers for? For the 3rd class coffee? Which does not even taste like one?

Believe me, if you want to try a coffee there for the first time and you are a coffee lover and you are reading this review, I won't recommend it.

And also the place is not at all clean. The outside view is pretty good, no doubt but trust me, as you step inside you will experience no proper maintenance and hygiene.
