Quality degraded in 2023. Last year it was excellent. But this year, it is the worst.

The food was also just chilli instead of the different spices they used earlier to make it delicious.

I used their app to order, it took my address to drop a pin on the location, but their rider had no clue of where to come. I even gave the rider the address and google maps link on WhatsApp, still he was not interested in delivering. He was rude, and said that I should come to __ place to collect my order, why? I had already paid for the delivery then why would I come to get the order. Moreover, my address is on the main road, so it is not difficult to reach.

Basically the rider had no idea of how to use google maps or pizza hut maps (they did pin ly location before order, don't know how they failed to reach it just by using that).

At the end, the order was delivered to my address, but the rider was rude even during that.

They have employed impolite and rude riders who have no knowledge of using pizza hut app for location or google maps or WhatsApp.

Even their store person was not polite.

If you want to order from this Pizza hut, never use their app, it is the worst. Moreover, never order on the day they give any promotion, I should block their message number that gives promotion, because their service is not worthwhile.

Something like this happened before as well with this location of pizza hut. I am never gonna order a food delivery from here again.

Been here a fee times. When I was here last time, I tried both veg and a non veg pizza option. Both were filling and delicious. We ordered dhabe ka keema chicken pizza and mexican fiesta in veg pizza. Both were freshly made and served hot. Mexican Fiesta was loaded with lits of veggies. Lots of veggie crunch. Dhabe ka keema was also good. It had a unique taste and chicken pieces were soft and juicy. Personally I liked the chicken pizza more than mexican fiesta.

The ambience is nice and warm. You will feel cozy if you pick sofa table rather than chairs. It was not at all crowded when I was last there.

Kudos to staff for making it a seamless experience. Our table was cleaned quickly and another staff Kesar really helped us choose right pizza. Everyone in the staff seemed friendly and polite. But I would like to add that they need to focus on table surface. Though it was cleaned regularly, the surface felt a bit sticky. Maybe because of the cleaning agent used or maybe because of the material of table. Whatever be the reason, this can be improved.

I also noticed pizza hut's custom of ringing the bell. I think it is a nice way to engage with customers in a nonverbal way. I will highly recommend this outlet to...
