ZERO STAR for this stupid Cake shop ... I ordered a customized cake at one of their outlet in Shankar Nagar .The Guy at the counter told us to come next day at 6. I asked him again if it will be ready till 6. When I went to take my order at 7 pm next day ...mind it was an hour later than what time he asked me to come. At 7 he said would take 20 min .I was fine waiting then at 7.30 I enquired he said5 more min . And guess what .the Cake was delivered at 8 .15 pm . The guy at reception instead of being apologetic was ready to argue . YOU DONT VALUE YOUR CUSTOMER TIME. The cake was worth Rs.1000 .and This Cake shop...

The patties tasted really bad, as if the stuffing inside was very old. I had bought two chowmein patties from the shop, and the stuffing in both was spoiled/decomposed and tasted like bacteria inside. I didn’t expect this from such a good shop.
