Burger King — Restaurant in Dadri

Upon my visit, I encountered several issues that I believe need your immediate attention:

Unhygienic Outlet: The restaurant was in an unclean state, with dirty tables and a generally unhygienic environment. We had to call out thrice to staff to send someone to clean the tables and that half an hour we kept waiting and standing with out toddlers.

Untrained Staff: The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional in their conduct and service. There was no co-ordination between front end and backend teams. Noone was there to even take our order for first 10 minutes.

Lack of Food Safety Measures: I observed staff members handling food without wearing gloves, which raises significant health and safety concerns. The staff bare handedly was packaging food and operating machines. When i objected i got a response that this is done like this only.

Denial of Feedback Opportunity: When I requested the visitor feedback book, my request was denied, preventing me from formally documenting my concerns.

I am quite disturbed by the disregard for cleanliness and customer service standards at your establishment. Such conditions are unacceptable and pose a serious risk to public health.

Great Experience at Burger King, Sector 2, Noida!

I recently visited Burger King in Sector 2, Noida, and had an amazing experience! The restaurant was clean, well-maintained, and had a welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, quick, and efficient in taking orders.

The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The Whopper was perfectly grilled, with just the right balance of flavors. The fries were crispy, and the drinks were served chilled. I also loved the variety of options on the menu, catering to both vegetarians and non-vegetarians.

Today I have Visited this Burger Kind Outlet Firstly they are Not Receiving payment through Card they are only Receiving cash or Paytm wallet, somehow I add money to my Paytm wallet so I have ordered a Regular Meal but the soft drinks was over so they said they will replace the Soft drinks by their shake and When I was going to place the order they added 35 rupesh extra then the Total when I asked baut it They said Shakes are 35 rupees expensive then the Soft Drink I said Why are you Replacing just give me the Soft drinks but the Soft drinks was over and For Replacement they are Asking 35 rupee more. The I talks to Manager but he also Have No replies of my Questions. This is very Pathetic experience...
