California Cake Cafe — Restaurant in Dadri

Previous experience was always good as I reside near to the bakery but today I just went there for a feedback about dry cake which I purchased on 4th evening. My only fault is that I do not keep bill with me and also not checked the expiry date. The expiry date was of 6th. I have purchsed it for my baby as I have to travel next day morning.On second day after opening packet the cake was having fungus which I came to know when I tasted, by then my 2 yrs old baby already ate 1 piece. After my feedback the manager there was not even ready to understand and just asking me for the bill. Who keeps bill for 2 days, I just ask him to check his CCTV but he refused. I just went out by giving my no so that they call me after investigation. But I m surprised I got a call from their side but not for feedback but person told me why I have created Nounsense at his place.I just want to understand why dry cakes with so less expiry date being sold. Also how can anybody return the cake if he is out of town and ready to produce his fast tag details. This is not a matter of Rs. 270 but a matter of s ervice and quality which i think u are loosing.

When you're paying for some custom cake,I think accuracy matters a lot to me. Unfortunately, the mix-up showed a lack of attention to detail, and there was no apology or effort to fix the mistake.
