Terrible Experience – Avoid This Place

I ordered Chicken Chilli Garlic Rice from The Chinese Hut, Sector-76, on 16 May 2025, and what I received was a plate of spoiled food. The food was clearly smelly, spoilt and unfit for consumption. When I called the restaurant to complain, the attendant's response was shockingly indifferent – a cold, “Okay, I will send someone to collect it, and we’ll see if it’s spoilt, then send a replacement.” No apology, no urgency.

The manager sounded like he didn’t care, as if receiving complaints about spoiled food and sending replacements is routine for him. This level of carelessness and arrogance is unacceptable. If you value your health and expect even basic customer service, avoid this restaurant...
