I had a terrible experience at Chai Sutta Bar sector- 62 Noida. As soon as I entered, there was a very unpleasant smell inside the shop, which made it hard to sit and enjoy anything. The tea itself was awful — it tasted stale and looked like it had been made with old ingredients. To make matters worse, when I tried to raise my concerns with the staff, they completely ignored me and showed no interest in addressing the issue.
