Read moreSuch a bad and a pathetic customer service you people offer. Whenever I went to take.. all the time I had to wait and there's no internal communication between your staff I had to wait for 45mins for 8pcs of samosas. This is the most pathetic thing I've ever seen. Even the senior citizens had to wait for over 30minutes for their things to come and after multiple times repeating the order still orders were delivered wrongly. Just imagine, Gatekeeper is taking the order!! With a sip of tea. Being a hotelier I very correctly understand the hospitality we all are in, but these things are the minute thing which you as a confectionery shop should understand. Due to these you'll definitely loose...
Read moreI visited the Mithas outlet in Sector 62 with a few friends and decided to try their Chhole Bhature. Frankly, it was a huge disappointment and a complete waste of money. The portion size was embarrassingly small, and the taste was utterly bland—nowhere near what you'd expect from a place that charges premium prices.
To make things worse, they didn’t even bother to serve the basic accomplishments like pickle or green chilies. It's shocking how a so-called reputed outlet can't get even the basics right. The taste was so underwhelming that even a roadside thela (street vendor) could have served a far better version for half the price.
It’s clear that Mithas is just exploiting its name without delivering any real quality. I strongly urge people not to waste their money on Chhole Bhature here—it’s overpriced, tasteless, and honestly, insulting to anyone who appreciates good North...
