DESI TADKA - Pure Vegetarian Family Restaurant And Caterers — Restaurant in Dadri

My family and I decided to dine at "Desi Tadka" for dinner. We had heard great things about the restaurant and were excited to try it out for ourselves. When we arrived, we were told there was a 20-minute wait for a table, but the friendly hostess assured us it would be worth it. We decided to wait and take in the ambiance of the restaurant.

The atmosphere at Desi Tadka was warm and welcoming. The decor was a beautiful blend of traditional and modern, with vibrant colors and intricate details that made us feel like we were dining in India. The restaurant was bustling with customers, and we could hear the sounds of sizzling spices and laughter emanating from the open kitchen.

After we were seated, the staff greeted us with a smile and made us feel right at home. They patiently explained the menu and made recommendations based on our preferences. We ordered a variety of dishes, including chicken tikka masala, paneer butter masala, and garlic naan. The food arrived promptly and looked and smelled delicious.

One bite and we knew why Desi Tadka had such a great reputation. The flavors were rich and complex, with just the right amount of spice. The chicken tikka masala was tender and flavorful, and the paneer butter masala was creamy and comforting. The garlic naan was soft and fluffy, and we couldn't get enough of it.

As we savored our food and chatted, we couldn't help but appreciate the attentive service and warm atmosphere of the restaurant. The staff checked on us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed. We ended our meal with a round of chai tea, which was the perfect ending to a perfect meal.

Desi Tadka- it is one of the great & fastest growing family restaurant in the Gaur City. This restaurant started on 8ths October 2016 by Mr. Vishnu Gaur, former one of the best & awarded chef of Oberoi Hotel for many year. They started for Pickup & delivery service of South Indian, North Indian, Chinese food & with in less than 3 years they grow like anything. Now they have 2 separate restaurants - one for Vegetarians & another for Non-Veg food. Now they have sitting of 90+ customers in one go & equally well trained, professionals staff to handle all 90+ customers. All the food items have passed through the proper quality check of FSSAI. They have special arrangements for family lunch/dinner, birthday parties, anniversary party, Kids party, kitty party, small gathering for some special occasion of family like Ring ceremony/Roka, Office team lunch/dinner. One of special add-on is now LIVE MUSIC, singer is so awesome with so much melodious voice. Luckily yesterday night I got chance to attend LIVE MUSIC. Owner(Father of Mr. Vishnu Gaur) is all the time available at restaurant & take the feedback from every customer. He listens, takes feedback, complements & always improve in feedback provided by customer. Highly Disappointed – Not Worth the Hype Went for a family dinner after reading so many positive reviews, but the experience was far from what we expected.

The service was extremely poor — only two waiters managing eight tables, and they seemed completely overwhelmed. The AC was barely working, making the whole dining experience uncomfortable.

We asked for cold coffee, were told it’s not available. Then we tried ordering sizzlers, and were casually told, "nahi ho payega, only two plates." Later, we asked for soup, and what we received was tasteless, bland, and without salt. Even after requesting the waiter to fix it, we were completely ignored.

When food was finally served, basic things like spoons were missing. We had to ask multiple times before they brought them. We had also given them a cake to serve, but the waiter left it aside and continued with other work. It took 15 minutes and multiple reminders to finally get the cake served.

Overall, the service was pathetic, the food was strictly average, and it definitely didn’t match the positive reviews we had read. Not recommended, especially if you're planning a...
