The Laal10 — Restaurant in Dadri

I am changing the rating from 5 to 1 after my second visit to them where in I have decided to host a party with them. My second visit was a complete disaster in terms of service.

They were very callous in the service section where initially the items served were cold. When complained they gave excuse that ac is high so it may get cold. Gosh if things get cold so easy in this hot weather what will happen in winters. Taking that as an excuse for serving hot things they were taking atleast 25 mins to serve a second round of snacks in a party with unlimited snacks menu. The waiters were another disaster and not ready to listen to the instructions to go and ask the guests individually and serve their desired soup or drinks. Instead they would do their own thing. Floor manager Mr. Pushpendra with whom we discussed for party was just giving sweet assurances that he will take care of things but actually nothing has been handled properly. He is just sweet mouthed guy with no sense of responsibility. Lately when we have identified that owner was present there couple of things fall in place. But it seems they were not equipped or experienced to handle parties.

Coming to food: Tomato soup was sweet Noodles and tikka served initially were cold.

Saving grace was rest of the snacks (crispy corn, spring rolls, dahi ke kebab) which they served and main course. Again during the desert time they behaved like before, they forgot everything. Mango drink was ok with tangy masala.

The guy who was cleaning the table do not know how to do his job. He was cleaning it filthily. Even he threw bits and pieces of left over food on my father where he got a stern warning from him. Luckily it was not on any other guest which would make us feel more embarassed.

There were no napkins on the table. We have to ask them again and again and when they provided they were given in a plate from there they kept flying due to air.

They have carged medor approximately 1.5 times the quantity for the things which we ordered out of our set menu for party i.e. water and cold drink. Although it was not a big amount but i didn't bothered to check at that time. But when I checked the details I was completely taken aback by the tricks these people have to make small amount of extra money. Completely lost trust in them.

There were couple of good things which I would like to mention apart from all the negative things which I have written above.

One more thing I would like to mention we asked for straws for drinks to which they first provided plastic straws which wered already banned by the govt. When we complained they said they do not provide straws with drinks in party. This was as per the owners mouth lately when we met him. If there are any such terms and conditions these to be highlighted at the time of booking. But when confronted again they provided it. I do not know how small cost savings will make them big name in hospitality and food business.

Ambience is good. One cannot expect such a nice ambience restaurant in that local kinda market. Food taste was ok which was their saving grace.

The open area is very well designed and utilised .

Some of the dishes that we had that day were panner tikka , dahi ke kebab , spring rolls , honey chilly potato .

Their positive attitude and genuine passion for ensuring a delightful dining experience were palpable. This is the first ever review that I am posting in my lifetime. The experience was so bad that I want other to read it and avoid this restaurant. I won't say that the taste of the food was road side. The road side food is actually quite tasty. The food taste here was comparable to what you get on the trains. Absolutely bad. It is that bad.

The ambience is pathetic and mosquitoes everywhere. You won't be able to eat the pathetic food as mosquitoes will keep biting you. This is the same situation if you sit indoors as well.

Don't even think about any kind of service or trained staff. It is non existent.

Any other roadside stall beats this place hands down. Just save yourself some irritation and lost time and go anywhere else but this place.

I am still wondering how this has some good reviews. Probably paid ones. Look at the bad review. I had the same experience and now I understand.

But you guys cook up a very believable story...lol.. People, don't call for it.

cook karna hi hai toh khana achcha bana lo.

They are writing that I became aggressive for not getting a discount or a free cake? Like who does that? This has been the worst experience of my lifetime.

Itni creativity and quickness agar service and khane mein lagate toh review achhe hote.. don't build false narratives.
