Domino's Pizza | Gaur City 2, Greater Noida — Restaurant in Dadri

Worst store of Dominos Pizza around Gaur City. First & foremost, they don't deliver orders even to such a nearby location, Gaur City 1. Upon that, when we ordered food on take away and reached their store to pick up, the order was not ready and the staff was clueless about it. We were even more disappointed to find that later, they handed over the wrong order to us, which we came to know after reaching home. Moreover one can't make a complaint because none of their numbers are working. Even more strange is that I was not the only one who faced this problem. There were many others who came back to the store with wrong orders the same time. I must say that they are totally mismanaged and unable to cater to the customers. I hope somebody looks into this complaint and soon the delivery service gets initiated for...

Well suitably located at Gaur City road on 14th Avenue complex. Staff is well trained but less interested in customer handing on time. Mostly only 1 counter is opened for ordering hence order taking takes a bit more time.

Only 1* for Food quality should be same on all storea but here's a catch, it is NOT GOOD in pizza quality and specifically cheese on them as most of the pizza were having a very less cheese layer (even less than 40% of what is provided/expected on the other Domino stores.) Not many offers available. *Don't even think about having tacos 🤯 They do deliver but no guarantee of same order reaching to you 😉 Having a good cozy space for sitting and lots of outer area where one can have a walk and have thier pizza with loved ones. I actually ordered online and after one hour I tried calling the store number which I got from chat in the app. The number provided was a invalid number so i had to go to the store to find out other people standing at the counter with the same concern as mine. I asked them about the status of my order so they asked me to wait 20 more minutes. I picked up the order myself and had to pay for the carry bag. The order was supposed to be delivered to me. There was no communication at all. I went to the store and brought my order. On top of that one item was missing which I forgot to ask them there because of the hurry and they didn't even bother to tell me.
