A Complete Disappointment
I recently visited the Domino’s outlet located at Shop No.G-2, Ground Floor, Commercial Complex, RG Residency, Sector 120, Noida, and it turned out to be one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had.
To begin with, the hygiene was absolutely pathetic. There were dead flies scattered around the seating area, and shockingly, no one from the staff seemed bothered enough to clean them up. Tables were left dirty and sticky, with food crumbs and wrappers lying around even after customers had left. It was quite clear that regular cleaning or sanitization was not a priority for this outlet — something that is unacceptable for a food service brand of this level.
When we tried to give the order at the counter, the representative clearly directed us to order from the App and they won't take the order Directly. Not a problem I had the App so I order from there. But due to poor internet I opted for Cash/UPI on delivery option. But when we went to take our order, they refused to take online payment and asked for cash. And in addition to this, they didn't even refund the balance change, saying we don't have change. I'm sorry but nothing was positive about this place.
Adding to the discomfort, the air conditioning was not working, making the whole place stuffy and suffocating. In this heat and humidity, it felt like we were being punished for choosing to dine in. We had to sit outside the store after seeing the condition there.
As for the staff, they were completely inattentive and indifferent. Even when I approached the counter to mention the cleanliness issue, the response was apathetic and dismissive. There was no sense of urgency or accountability from anyone.
Overall, this outlet is a disgrace to the Domino’s brand. It’s unhygienic, poorly maintained, and staffed by people who don’t seem to care about customer service. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location unless they take major steps to improve cleanliness, maintenance, and staff training.
Domino’s should seriously look into the operations here before they lose more customers. I have seen Domino's taking care of the facility always. So I would simply request them to have a look at this place. Read moreI was expecting a bill to be handed over to me after paying for a take away. So I stood there beside the queue, after paying full amount of course, waiting patiently for my bill. Finally after 5 minutes, I went upto the guy at the billing counter only to know that customers are supposed to get the bill at the delivery of their pizza. Well, that's cool by me but god will not come here to inform me that. Nothing in written was posted anywhere regarding this. How a new customer is supposed to know that? I enquired about the ETA of my order and he said we will call you (I would be happy to hear an answer like 'between 10 minutes and an hour' or even 'I am not sure about the ETA', but his answers was bossy and rude; spoilt my mood) . I informed him that in that case, I would like to wait outside the outlet (I thought they were gonna call me on my cell phone). After waiting for the call for half an hour, I went in and enquired about my order and guess what, it was just sitting there out in Air Conditioning. They didn't even ask me if I wanted it to be served cold food. Final nail in the coffin was when they handed me the rectangular cardboard box printed 'Dominos', 4 tissues and some packets of seasonings. Nothing sounds wrong here, right? THERE WAS NO CARRY BAG. I walked home. The tissue papers flying away and me holding the rectangular box like I was holding on to my dear life (no, I did not have free pockets to keep those tissues in). No wonder outlets like Domino's, Pizza Hut and McDonald's are not doing much progress anymore. We pay an inflated rate for a better service and not because your products taste like they were made in heaven for Gods to consume. Ohh, and did I mention that the bill mentions my order as a dine in even though I mentioned clearly to every staff whom I talked with that I would like it to be a take away. Read moreI had a terrible experience with Domino's and their so-called "30-minute delivery guarantee." My order was clearly listed under the guarantee on the app, but they failed to deliver it within the promised time. When I raised the issue, I received a call from the outlet manager, and instead of resolving the matter, they gave inconsistent and baseless excuses.
First, the manager claimed they only guarantee delivery within 30 minutes to the nearest two sectors—completely contrary to what their app states. Then, he falsely claimed my order was delivered in 18 minutes, even though I had already called their delivery agent at that time, who admitted he hadn’t left the outlet yet. Finally, the manager absurdly blamed a 5-step adjustment I requested for the delivery as the reason for the delay, refusing to issue any refund or reward.
This is a blatant attempt to mislead and defraud customers. Domino's needs to take accountability for their promises instead of making excuses to avoid refunds. Very disappointed. Will think twice before...
