Haldiram's - Skymark One — Restaurant in Dadri

I have visited several Haldiram restaurants before, and I must say that I did not encounter any rude staff. However, the overall management of the place is quite frustrating. The process of paying separate bills for sweets and snacks at different counters adds to the inconvenience. I believe the establishment could greatly benefit from smoother and more customer-friendly counters.

During my visit, I suggested the implementation of more efficient counters for the convenience of customers. Unfortunately, the person at the counter started arguing with me despite my polite requests to avoid any confrontation. This unnecessary argumentative behavior only served to escalate the situation. Even after expressing my desire for a peaceful resolution, the staff member persisted in trying to prove me wrong. This unpleasant experience significantly dampened my appetite, and it was disheartening to have such a negative encounter during what was supposed to be an enjoyable outing.

In an attempt to address my concerns, I officially lodged a complaint with the manager, Mr. Suraj. Regrettably, it seems that my feedback has fallen on deaf ears, as there has been no response or resolution from the management. This lack of attention to customer feedback has left me thoroughly disappointed with the establishment. Dining out, especially on holidays, should be a pleasant experience that enhances one's mood, not the opposite. Unfortunately, my recent visit to Haldiram in Noida did not meet these expectations, and I am left with a lasting negative impression...

I must say that I love the new branding progression of the new Haldiram outlets and full marks to the branding and marketing team as well as the agency. I also love the new design and visual feel as well as the fresh seating.The new tumbler colour palette with #food and #Together is also a delight. However it seems that in the quest of expansion something seems amiss. I have been here with family a few times since this opened up. The first time we were here it was probably in the first week they opened up and we were forgiving for the lack of availability of stuff. However after my last visit a couple of days ago of all the Haldiram outlets I have visited over the years, this one seems to be the one that is the worst managed ever. I love the Haldiram cold badam milk and in all my visits here its never available, nor do the billing counter has any information about its availability ever. This time around too I asked the person at the counter about its availability and he walks away mumbling that he is going to check, only to vanish away. The place was anyways empty with only few customers across the tables so after wondering where the guy went, we got tired waiting at the counter and strolled towards the sweet display counter and saw some gujjia on display. Holi being around the counter we thought we will buy some. Only to realise "this is for display only" it's not available. This was early evening so it was a bit disappointing and we walked away disappointed and wondering if a product is out of stock why put it in the...

The service was horrible. It took them 30 mins at 9:00 in the morning where the crowd is loooow. Even then they were able to mess up our order. We took some biscuits and other things at the small corner where they sell these. It took them 30 mins to check the order. They did not include a part of our item then checked. It took them 20 mins to realise there mistake. Food is good but atmosphere and service are below bad. The service is so bad that it makes the food look bad. Horrible service. Like the morning is supposed to be chill and good. What are you doing here. New employees? No traning? I am not exaggerating.Please fix your service other wise food was good but if the food was +4 the service was -10. Go to theother haldiram near here. It's way better. These bad service things are expected at afternoon or evening when people are tired. This happened in the morning. What they must be like at night of afternoon time sends shivers down my spine. Final review- Go to any other haldiram....
