❌ Extremely Unhygienic and Disrespectful – La Pino'z Pizza, Mahagun Mart, Gaur City 2

I had one of the worst online food experiences today from La Pino'z Pizza, located at Mahagun Mart, Gaur City 2, Ghaziabad (U.P. 201009).

🔴 The order was a complete disaster:

The food smelled rotten and stale

Paneer was sour and clearly spoiled

Packaging was extremely poor

Overall hygiene was absolutely unacceptable

When I called the outlet, the person on the phone (introducing himself as Nitin Gupta) spoke in an extremely rude and arrogant manner, as if customer complaints meant nothing. He lacked even basic courtesy and acted like a local thug instead of a responsible business owner.

📢 This isn’t just poor service — this is a serious health risk.

✅ A formal complaint has been filed with FSSAI and forwarded to the District Food Safety Officer for urgent inspection of this outlet.

Ordered the following for home delivery: Cheesy mac veg pizza Paneer, sweet corn & cheese Quesadilla Strawberry shake . Packaging details: the packaging was very well done with no chance of leakage. The shake was delivered in glass bottle.

Cheesy mac veg pizza : Didn't like the base, it was very hard like cardboard. Toppings were good it had goof amount of veggies & paneer. The macroni pieces added a good taste. Taste wise the pizza was good but the base spoiled it all.

The services of this outlet is so bad, i ordered pizza and they gave us pizza with just 6 pieces of chicken topings on it. I called restaurant and told them about this and the guy didn't listen and he said we cannot do anything. This is how it is. Even i have ordered so many times with other outlets and they are really professionals but this outlet is not good for services. I have tried pizza from leancrust and mojo pizza. They are really doing great in terms of taste and topings. You guys can try these outlets.
