I am a big fan of roll and with this outlet I have some really great memories since school time. However, with the time passing by they somehow have compromised on the quality of the roll they used to produce. The chicken tikka roll which I bought just 3 days ago was an OK experience. The tikka pieces in the rolls were not fully cooked and the bread was too hard to chew. Whenever, you are having a chicken tikka roll - the roll should be easy to chew and the pieces of chicken should be tender and juicy. I couldn't feel that essence though they have organized the roll in a pretty well manner but somehow you can detect the flaws which the roll had. Also, this time they have put too much onions which was a turn-off for Me personally. Mediocre onions with tikkas - both the flavors would connect then. However, they have done a great job by putting green chutney in a precise manner. It somehow balanced the flaws which the roll had. My overall experience - Need to put more emphasis on...

Expectations were high, but the restaurant failed to fulfill it completely. Food: The prices were very high and the food was the worst. There was no taste in paneer momos, chicken momos and even chicken kathi roll so it tasted less that we didn't eat it. We made the mistake ordering all the 3 items at once and paid for it else we would have saved our 500 rupees.

Service: The service was like a road side thela not even dhaba. We could not eat what we ordered so asked them to pack it for our maid or dog, the next was beyond expectations. They packed items in foil paper, no tissues no plates, no proper chutney only formality or packing.

Atmosphere: at this price you can go to a proper rolls king or an AC place. Why would anyone go eat standing and paying for 5 start service.

Suggestion: better go to sector -12, Jaipuri Plaza, tea shop they have better places to eat with an excellent...

I have been ordering from this outlet for past 10years but this one incident has left a mark forever which will make me never order from this outlet again. On 29.03.2021, I ordered one full Tandoori chicken from this outlet but when I received the order, it had only one leg piece. I raised my grievance with the manager who was not ready to accept the mistake and asked me to bring chicken to his outlet to prove I have received only one leg piece.
