McDonald’s — Restaurant in Dadri

Worst experience of my life and worst nonsense McD manager Ms Prerna I ever seen. We booked birthday space in Sector 63 Noida branch for 28th Jun 6 PM But at 4.30PM we got a call from outlet that they won't be able to provide space because the decoration is not done and the decoration person is stuck in rain. I said we are ok with space without decoration. Then Prerna said ok let me see. Then again after 10 mins she said no power at the outlet and they don't have any alternate DG system but she is trying if they can do something... She called almost 10 times every 10 mins saying she is trying but there was no result at the end and finally they deny for the party. Then Prerna said this is a nature issue and we won't be able to refund the money. She is absolutely ruined my daughter's birthday, such a crazy person she is? I record her voice as well, I think she has some mental problem as well... Is no power back up is a nature issue??? It was so painful for us to manage everyone almost 20 children coordination etc... There were no any senior person intervened and only Prerna involve who is simply insane. I need 10000 refund immediately instead of 1800 I paid for all the last minute expenses and mental harrasment.. The most pathetic system and staff I have ever seen in a hospitality industry. I ordered 150 Pizza McPuff through Swiggy at 2:45 PM and it was supposed to be delivered Within 30 minutes. At 3:30 delivery person from Swiggy showed his incompetence in delivering such quantity and Swiggy charged delivery partner. Although this process took only few minutes yet McDonald’s noida sector 63 outlet sent our order to someone else. Order was not delivered, I raised concern with Swiggy, delivery partner and restaurant. After my concern, they asked for another 45 minutes for delivey at 3:45 PM. My order was not delivered till 5 PM, then I went to the restaurant and reached there at 5:15. Still my order was not ready and McDonald’s took another 15 minutes to handover the order.

It was a horrible experience. Swiggy and McDonald’s both ruined our party and people were really disappointed with the attitude. After all this mess up neither Swiggy nor McDonald’s cares to apologise. Manager at outlet was rude and not ready to accept his mistake at all, this is not the right behaviour for someone representing such a reputed food chain as McDonald’s.

As any other McDonald's outlet, this one also serves a lot of happiness through its burgers. The best thing about this is it has a wheelchair accessible entrance and order assistance for people with disabilities. However the sitting area upstairs felt a little suffocating. AC was not working at the time when we went there. So it was a little suffocating and hot inside. But I am pretty sure that it is fine now. The sitting area is cozy. It has a vibe where you can chill with your friends and you can have a nice long conversation with your partners over burgers and fries.
