Over the phone, he confidently promised a 20% discount, but once I visited the restaurant, he flatly denied ever offering it.

My bill was just ₹1500 — it’s not about the money, it’s about the principle. If you make a commitment to a customer, keep your word. When I reminded him of the promise and said he was losing a customer over just 20%, he laughed it off and behaved in a mocking, disrespectful manner.
