Apart from ambience it was all Pathetic!!!!

Owner of the sardari celebrations don't kept his words, even if everything is on whatsapp well documented. Customer dissatisfaction hardly matters to them.

On 7th Nov. 2022 it was my daughter's first birthday and it was supposed to get best food and services. Whereas the sardari people don't even followed the menu which i selected while finalizing.

They changed Dal makhani to langar dal, mint raita changed to vegetable raita, there was one dessert which i selected i.e Gulab Jamun and it was supposed to be yum but they did POPAT in this also. They bought gulab jamun from som local shop, which were not even looking gulab jamun. They were sort of small balls, it seems they don't know the defination of authenticity. Gulab Jamun they were even not putting with buffet, they were hiding it like treasure. Haka Noodles were feeling like it is for patients, there was no taste. Even in starters Pasta was not even eatable, they don't serves starters hot. They don't have idea how to serve and attend guest, they delays in serving very much. All dishes were non-authentic.......

I also took some extra services from him and take my words he charges higher than the market rates. But thinking his tie-up are regular and quality of services will be good was my blunder.

1. DJ was totally improffesional. He was chewing Gutka and he doesn't know which song to play, when it is to play and at what volume it should be played. Even after several attempts he was non-responsive.

2. I finalized a cake @1200/kg which he charged later @1300/kg and cake charges were of Theo's level but taste was not meeting that level.

It's too embarrassing if you guest point out in food and services, this was my first time when my guests were not satisfied with food and services in my party. Also it was first and probably the last time with Sardari.

Will never recommend this place for a party. If you are with family/friends you may sit down on rooftop and just...

Really disappointed , absolute worst experience, served food was more than Pathetic

Food was stale(no longer fresh and not pleasant to eat; hard, musty, or dry)

(served food was not fresh looked like it was prepared with last day leftover food)

Food was not spicy but you have to force to drink water because you felt thirsty after taking the some bite of food

(when to drink water during food by the some one - when it will too spicy or food with lot of "SODA" in it,----- I already told it was not spicy :) )

you will feel full even after taking 2 bread - seriously , do you know why )

(when to feel full during food by the some one - when you eat more that you want or when the food prepared with full of SODA :) )

normally I eat 4 to 5 bread in other restaurant

Plates and dishes weren’t clean at all

Food came after almost two hour of ordering

starters were below average - i ordered Paneer tikka and Manchurian

paneer tikka was hard to cut and Manchurian looked like prepared with last left over food )

it was my first visit with 9 adult and 2 senior citizen and 6 Children (two of them less than 2 year, another two were not more than 7years old and last Two were more than 10 years old but less than 13 years old)

bill was charged with 16 person per plate :)

At the end almost maximum food left and they took away by the waiter when i asked that i paid for it please pack them but manager denied.

after that I realized that left over food will serve to the new customer and so on

did not want to make noise so did not say anything and decided not to come again and will not recommend for sure anyone.

Ambience wise it is good and can spend good time but please do not...

Visited this lounge and cafe yesterday for celebrating birthday of one of our cousins. The place is situated on terrace hence gives you breath taking view from outdoor seating. Indoor seating is also available incase required. The cafe is quite easy to locate and have parking facility available. Ambience of the cafe is decent. The service staff was really courteous and helpful. They ensured we were served quickly and efficiently. Photo Booth is also available for clicking some cool pictures and birthday celebration decoration can also be done on request. Coming to food section, we tried Manchau Soup in appetizers and it was really tasty. Coming to starters we tried Dahi ke Shole and Sweet Chilly Potato, I would say Dahi ke Shole was really good however on the other side Sweet Chilly Potato was below average. It was quite hard to chew at first place. Coming to Main Course, we ordered Mughalai Paneer, Bhindi Masale Chole and Mushroom Masala. In bread section, we ordered Missi Roti, Garlic Naan, Butter Roti and Laccha Paratha. Out of all Mughalai Paneer and Mushroom Masala is highly recommended. Overall we all had great time, the indoor seating due to some faulty issue one of the air conditioner was not working hence the only issue during the celebration.
