Shree Rathnam — Restaurant in Dadri

Me and my sister, went to this restaurant for dinner as my sister likes South Indian food. We ordered onion Uttappam, malai Kofta and butter naan with Tea. After half an hour they got Uttappam that was stale and had extra sour flavour. We asked for Kofta, the waiter replied that once the other person will eat Uttappam, after that Kofta will come. As Uttappam was for my sister. We asked for Chutney, to this he said that chutney is under process in the Kitchen. There was no chutney served with Uttappam. After an hour Kofta came that was as sweet as sugar is added. We were actually done as waiter was outright on the face blunt with no manners and poise. We asked for tea that was ordered initially. They said that Chef denied to prepare the tea. We asked for bill. Then they said we are getting tea. Another half an hour passed, no tea came. We asked for the bill. We said that we can't wait for tea anymore. After several requests they got the bill. Worst ever service. After such bad behaviour there was no guilt in their faces. Neither Manager, nor waiter. They not even apologised for such bad service. If you want to experience fine dine then this is not the place. I suggest food court upstairs is much better place to eat. That is not fine dine but need not face such bad service and pay extra for nothing worthy instead depressing. Never going to this outlet again and suggest people to don't waste...

Both the food and the service left much to be desired. The quality of the dishes served was below par, with several items appearing to be poorly prepared and lacking in flavor. Additionally, the service we received was equally unsatisfactory. Our orders were delayed, and the staff appeared inattentive and indifferent to our needs.

Despite our disappointment, we decided to bring our concerns to the attention of the manager in the hope of resolving the issues. However, to our dismay, our complaint was met with a dismissive attitude and a lack of empathy. Instead of addressing our concerns and offering a solution, the manager seemed uninterested and unapologetic, further exacerbating our frustration.
