Read moreHad an unpleasant encounter at this establishment last week, and the primary culprit was the purported Manager In-charge, Mr. Om Prakash Sharma.
We visited on a weekday when the place wasn't very crowded. Although the top floor had a booming DJ, we opted for a more comfortable setting downstairs. Despite the low footfall, the service was sluggish, with one of the starters arriving in the middle of our ongoing main course. Eventually, we asked the waiter to omit the service charge, as we were unwilling to pay anything extra. Enter Mr. OP Sharma, who proceeded to subject us to torment, abuse, and even seemed prepared for a physical altercation. He made derogatory statements such as, “Aukaat nai hai Service charge dene ki toh aate kyu ho yahan, is jagah service charge compulsory hai”.
It wasn't until one of our team members began recording his behaviour that he snapped out of it. Despite his theatrics lasting for about 30-45 minutes, we paid only what we were comfortable with, not a penny more.
After this incident, the following morning, we perused multiple reviews and discovered that this individual is a repeat offender, having mistreated numerous other families and individuals. This venue is not a secure or suitable choice for gatherings of decent and well-educated people. I sincerely hope others will learn from our mistake and consult Google reviews before patronizing such...
