The Sky High Noida — Restaurant in Dadri

Hello Mr Shivang Gupta. ( MD & CEO OF SKY HIGH). Please consider this a serious review Last weekend we hosted my birthday party in your enclosed restaurant at Sky high and Mr Aanad was incharge of the same. Despite of repeated reminders and visit and phone calls. Following were issues faced at the party Service was very bad rather pathetic. The food was not refilled when asked there was a gap of 20 mins till the next lot was laid down. The guest waited and finally kept the plate after eating little. The food was cold when served. There were no hot plates. Each and every guest after asking the review told me that khana thanda ho gaya tha. 2 Service of the snacks was inappropriate while it was promised that it will served as it is served in al cart. I was repeatedly asking the staff about the service. We especially requested that there should be no flaws in the service. My drinks was on ala carte. And only 13 people out of 46 were drinking. To my surprise the staff of sky was also drinking from our invoice only. How shame full of this. People who are serving are all drunk and everyone knows about this.There was such a poor management of the whole thing. Aanad ji. I had requested you again and again and you promised me to deliver properly. But unfortunately the service was just not up to my expectations. Ask him how many times Me and my husband visited. Thanks to the chef for the food served. It was tasty but very cold. But no matter how much tasty is the food when it is not served perfectly it looses its charm. And also the food was cold when served. Sir I know you have many cafe coming up in Noida. Please put in some money for training your staff rather just concentrating on generating Revenue. I know this will have no impact on you and your team but I thought let me at least express my...

First and foremost, the service was abysmally slow. Despite the restaurant not being overly crowded being monday evening, it felt like an eternity before our orders were taken, let alone delivered to our table. The staff seemed disorganized and inattentive, adding to the frustration of an already lackluster experience. The manager (Raman) appeared more interested in lounging comfortably outside than addressing the legitimate grievances of a dissatisfied customer. As he was sitting comfortably outside he was not bothered about the customer experience or about the slow and poor service.

On top of the poor service, the quality of the drinks was subpar. I ordered a Long Island Iced Tea (LIIT), only to discover that it was missing a crucial ingredient – triple sec. When I inquired about this oversight, I was informed that the restaurant had run out of triple sec. This lack of attention to detail speaks volumes about the restaurant's commitment to delivering a satisfactory...

The place was awesome be it food or the live music(which as informed by the staff is available on all the days and sufi night on weekend) or the ambience..everything was just perfect and the cool breeze makes it even more amazing 😍..usually I don't give reviews but this place was soo awesome that even I could not stop myself from writing it on this platform..the singer Mr. Lakshya did a great job i must say that he is really talented👏👏..the staff is too friendly and cooperative a special mention to Mr. Vishal singh...it was our anniversary and he himself asked the singer to wish us and sing for us..all and all a very good experience @skyhigh...the only thing which I would like to recommend that if they can slightly add-on their veg menu because presently the option is quite limited...but there was no compromise on the taste😊..this place is highly recommended...
