I had a very unpleasant experience at this restaurant. I had booked a table via Swiggy Dineout but at the of billing, the staff outright denied having any tie-up with the platform. Despite showing them the confirmation, they refused to accept the online payment or any offers listed through Swiggy. What made things worse was the attitude of the main manager. He was rude, dismissive, and seemed to have no knowledge about online bookings or how the system works. There was zero effort to resolve the issue or communicate politely. They are fooling the customers by showing online booking options on the google page and then refusing the bill payment.
