A very old world charm at this place, be it the way the Guard at the main door is dressed, to the interiors. Furniture and cutlery also look from the last century, which I like. Service staff were courteous and professional. Service was quick on our table as we reached slightly before the peak time. I could see some lags once the crowd started kicking in, honesty we can excuse them for being slightly understaffed. The menu is pretty elaborate with ample choices of Indian/Chinjabi dishes. Loved the Dimsums in starters as they tasted fresh. Coming to main course, the butter chicken was a let down so please try at your risk. Vegetarian main course was excellent. Pricing is definitely on the higher side if you look at the quality of food and overall ambience of this restaurant. Overall a one time visit place, please don't have very high expectations. Been going to this place since last 10yrs or so, post covid this place has gone down terribly. From a good family dining experience to an absolute no for families. Went with my family after confirming table of 5. Had to wait for 15mins no issues, upon seating got table of 4 with 1 extra seat at walkway still no issues with it. Then suddenly the waiters serving other table asking me every few minutes if i could get up so they can serve other tables. Pathetic management & servers rude yo ask customers to get up when they are managing table allocation and seating. Table of aix were given to 2 or 3 people and bigger groups cramped to smaller tables. Worthless and no manager just some illetrate person behind counter. no apologies by staff. Uncle's is a restaurant in sector 11 market. There are various other restaurants as well but I had heard of Uncle's from a few friends of mine so I opted for this place.

Now it is the last restaurant almost towards the end. Ambience is okay with an ample sitting. Staff is okay as well. Don't expect very high hospitality which means that you may have to call them for a few times

Food: We had ordered Chicken curry, one veg thali, butter naan and tandoori roti.

Chicken curry was well cooked with mild flavors. The chicken had spices in the insides and it seemed it was fairly cooked in the curry. It was good overall.
