Amandeep Dhaba — Restaurant in Delhi

A visit to Shalimar Bagh is incomplete without visiting Everbake and when you are at this happening bakery destination, try to look at the left-right and a small, corner-side Dhaba welcomes you. This is not about a fancy feast. You don’t expect three or four course meals here. However, you can demand endless amount of crispiness customization on your laccha parantha. You cannot expect the waiter or waitressing personnel to offer you swipe machines but signal to them about more onion rings and green mint chutney and your call will be understood with the precision of a silent language using Jason Bourne. This is perhaps the most trusted family dining destination and the most economical dinner option across Shalimar Bagh. There are no downtimes or dull days here. There are no dry days at Amandeep as the curries and gravies are always running. Don’t try to get the best seating space as the availability is a huge issue. However, in winters you can wait your turn while your shahi kofta curry simmers on the hot flame…please make sure you tip the waitressing guys a bit…they...

They were good before now they have become no 1 robbers they mention on swiggy and zomato that you will get 2 rotis for 60 but that's two half rotis so in total you will get 1 roti for 60 rs. Have been ordering from here for a long time but seems like they have earned a lot of money and have no respect of speaking as well when explained the issue to the owner he said it is how it is. Charging extra ordinary people will also think they will get 2 rotis but they are counting 2 halfs as 2. I know prices are going up but this much on top of that your smart way to confuse people and on top of that your way of speaking. It's time to relook in to it. Not going to order from your pathetic restaurant any more where in 2 half rotis are considered as 2 roti. All the items had highly inflated prices and zero discount, even for a total order value greater than 700 - when ordered through Swiggy. Quality (too oily/chapri food) and taste were below average. Quantity was half plate in the rate of full.

Their rates are even higher than famous restaurants like Punjabi Rasoi and Chitrakut these days, who still maintain their quality.

I'm never going to buy anything from them again.

Update (16th March, 2025) - Reluctantly tried their soya chap and kadhai paneer again yesterday as somone brought it at my home. It was only refined oil and red chillies paste in the name of gravy. Super spicy and oily/heavy....
