My experience at mdras cafe was extremely disappointing and frustrating. From the moment I walked in, the ambiance felt unwelcoming, and things only went downhill from there.

Firstly, the staff were incredibly rude and unprofessional. When I asked for recommendations, the waiter seemed annoyed and impatient. He barely paid attention and acted like he had better things to do. It was clear that customer service was not a priority.

The food itself was the worst South Indian cuisine I’ve ever tasted. The dosas taste was sour ,when complained they added sugar to same batter and make it more horrible. It felt like the food had been sitting out for hours before being served.

When I politely mentioned the issues to the waiter, he responded with arrogance and dismissiveness, making no effort to rectify the situation. I was shocked by the lack of courtesy and the unwillingness to ensure customer satisfaction.

Overall, my experience at Madras cafe was horrendous. Poor food quality combined with abysmal customer service and arrogant staff made it a regrettable visit. I will not be returning, and I strongly advise others to...

I recently dined at Madras Dosa and Chinese Restaurant, and unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. The food is hyper expensive compared to the quality offered. I ordered a masala dosa for ₹180, expecting a flavorful and authentic experience, but it fell short. The dosa was mediocre, lacking the crispiness and flavor I anticipated. The nariyal chutney, which is usually a highlight, was bland and uninspiring. The sambar, a crucial element of any South Indian meal, was average at best, lacking the rich, comforting flavors I’m used to.

Additionally, coffee, hoping for a strong, aromatic cup, but at ₹80, it was overpriced and underwhelming. The overall dining experience did not justify the steep prices. There are many nearby restaurants that offer better food at more reasonable prices.

I strongly suggest that the restaurant revisits and adheres to authentic South Indian recipes and traditional cooking methods to enhance the quality and taste of their dishes. As it stands, the food and the dining experience at Madras Dosa and Chinese Restaurant are not worth the...

Service was not at all good . They have different level of attitude. We got plates with hairs on it . At first we cleaned it with tissues , then we got onions with hair in it and it was really pukish. We tried complaining but there was no one to address the situation. Then the last straw blew when we got hair in the sabji we ordered. We actually had to shout to call the manager , then a boy of around 18 came and said "owner ka beta hoon bolo" Full with attitude. We still gently put across the verses what happened , instead of examining the situation he went in denial that every staff is wearing cap . It was really a bad experience. I used to go there with friends , infact recommending it to friends too. But the experience i had was really bad. Infact with us two other customers were dissatisfied too and no response was taken up.I DONT RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT AT ALL NOW. I AM NOT GOING TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN IN MY LIFE. ...

I had the delight of dining at this gem of a restaurant in Delhi, Madras (Dosa and Chinese) and it was an experience to remember! The flavors were authentic, rich, and perfectly balanced, transporting me straight to the heart of South India with every bite. The dosas were crispy, the sambhar was aromatic, and the coconut chutney was absolutely divine. The ambiance was warm and welcoming, making me feel right at home. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring a wonderful dining experience. Especially Santosh Kumar (Blue T-shirt in the pic). For anyone craving genuine South Indian cuisine in Delhi, this is the place to go. Can't wait to come back for more!

I ordered masala dosa now, when I got the order, there was no sambar. I called the restaurant and told them that sambar missing then the restaurant people told me that no one is responsible after leaving the restaurant. The number given on Google is also not working, I have been trying to call since last 1 hour, Then I got the number from Just Dial. I will never order from here or recommend it to anyone. My experience at Madras Dosa and Chinese Restaurant are not worth the cost.
