Amar Bakery — Restaurant in Delhi

I never expected to leave a review like this, but I feel obligated to warn others. I recently ordered a cake from this bakery for a special occasion, and to my horror, I found multiple strands of hair embedded in the cake. It was absolutely revolting and completely ruined the celebration.

This isn’t just about poor hygiene—it's a clear sign that the staff lacks basic sanitary practices and quality control. I contacted the bakery hoping for an apology or a resolution, but their response was dismissive and unhelpful.

I strongly recommend never buying anything from this place. There are plenty of other bakeries out there that actually care about cleanliness and customer satisfaction. This one clearly does not.

Today, I visited their shop, and unfortunately, the treatment I received was extremely disappointing. The person at the billing counter (who I believe was the owner) was very arrogant. After purchasing some items, I wanted to return them within a minute, but he outright denied my request, saying, "Bill ho gya hai."

I understand that the bill was generated, but rectifying a bill is a standard process. Instead of helping, his attitude and arrogance made the experience worse. I felt so disrespected and disappointed.

When I went to return it, they said it must have happened at your house, maybe the spider fell into it there.
