Apni Rasoi — Restaurant in Delhi

I have been visiting this restaurant for past 6 or 7 years maybe but I noticed that from past 1 year the quality of food has dropped drastically, they have even changed the dishes but there names are same for instance there was this thali called "Chur Chur Naam thali" this thali was popular for its Naam which had ground nuts in it which made it rich is favour and taste, but now they serve the same Chur Chur Naam thali with the Chur Chur Naam. One of the reasons for the scenario maybe that, that this restaurant focuses on home delivery more as GTB is a student area, so they get order in masses and are not following the quality.

They provide the worst service in Delhi.

Service: The plates served were not properly cleaned and yellow. Even the serving staff doesn't hear you. I don't understand why they show so much attitude. When I complained to manager he didn't even responded positively and kept himself busy watching movie in his mobile.

Food quality: I regret going there. Except "malai chaap" everything was of worst quality. Even street vendors sell better food.

Washroom: they gives a feeling of using public toilets outside railway station. They have crossed the limit of unhygienicity.

If there's an option for negative star i would have...

The food sure is delicious ,but the staff members do not match the owners reputation , understood that they work for the whole day but they have to be at there best , the hotel service is not upto the mark neither are the waiters who attend the tables in the restaurant . Rash talks,back answering no customer concern .Recently when visited the hotel , we asked the waiter to get the paneer piece cut into small pieces ,but the waiter started to tell , we serve according to the cook( showing no customer concern) . Mentioning we do not provide customisation in the food...
