Very bad experience at the restaurant during lunch today.

My mother and I were the only guests to arrive there in the noon and still a lemon soda took more than 15 mins to come. We ordered two sodas one sweet and the other salty. The server asked me if I wanted sweet and I told him it's salty for me and sweet for my mother and still he gave us incorrect drinks. Genuine mistake, I understood. When I told him that he switched our drinks, he gave me a smile that said "as if I care" and he walked away.

I was hungry since I didn't have breakfast and we ordered a chicken biryani and half afghani chicken. It took more than 30 mins to come out on the table only to realise that the biryani was cold. I was pissed and asked him to reheat. He got my food reheated and then said the fan is on so the food will get cold. I was like the kitchen is not even 10 steps away from where I was sitting and the food got cold as soon as it came on the table. Then he said it wasn't him who served the food and slowly walked away.

At the time of bill settlement he came to me asking for a tip. I mean the odassity. I of course refused to tip him and left after paying my bill.

Below avg. Food. Not going back again and wouldn't recommend either. It was not even worth clicking pics there and...

We went a little late post lunch timing.

Were glad to have Tandoor running to get Naan available alongwith Chicken Mughlai which tasted like it. Food was good as tasted and served.

Variety in drinks option were unavailable.

Ambience could have been better in this scortching heat of summer with Air Con units functioning properly and some mild/soothing music.

Accesibility of differntly abled people is a concern as there is no ramp and high stairs difficult for senior citizens to ascend as well.

The food was good. I went there because of a recommendation from a friend. The chicken masala was good albeit there were very few pieces of chicken. The gravy and all was delish. The wait time was a lot, we waited more than 30-35 mins for our dinner when the restaurant was mostly empty. When asked, waiter replied a bit rudely. The gatekeeper was nice though, he welcomed us nicely and asked how the food was when we were leaving. The experience could have been nicer but I would recommend anyway if you want to have...
