Recently, I visited the newly opened Burger King outlet in front of Miraj Cinema, Trilokpuri Sanjay Lake, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. The location is highly convenient as it is accessible by all modes of public transport—metro, buses, auto-rickshaws, and even e-rickshaws, which drop you right at the doorstep. For those with personal vehicles, the parking arrangements are commendable.
The ambience is clean and inviting, making it a pleasant place to dine. The staff is incredibly friendly, and I would like to especially mention Alisha, who assisted us with our order. She was polite and helpful throughout, ensuring we had a seamless experience.
We ordered the Celebration for 2 Non-Veg Meal, which included:
2 Chicken Whoppers
2 Large Pepsi
2 Soft Serve Ice Creams
1 Cheese Loaded Fries
We also tried their Chicken Puff Pizza, which was a delightful addition. While McDonald's had introduced a vegetarian puff pizza earlier, Burger King has outdone them with this chicken version. Priced at just ₹99 for 2 puff pizzas, it's an absolute steal!
Given the chilly winter weather, Alisha suggested replacing the soft-serve ice creams in our meal with 10 Veg Sticks, which was a thoughtful recommendation that we happily accepted. Her hospitality truly enhanced our experience.
However, I noticed one issue that needs attention: The management seems to have confusion regarding the serving sizes of drinks. The "large" Coke/Pepsi glasses they provide are misleadingly referred to as medium-sized by the staff internally, and yet, they are presented to customers as large. There seems to be a lack of clarity regarding the exact capacity (in ml) for small, medium, and large servings. I would strongly recommend proper training for managers and staff to address this and avoid spoiling the customer experience. Conducting a competitive analysis could also help improve this aspect.
Overall, this outlet is a fantastic place to hang out with family, friends, or...
Read moreI recently ordered two burgers from Burger King – one was a Whopper and the other a Crispy Veg Burger. While the Whopper was fine, I was extremely disappointed with the Crispy Veg Burger. It arrived almost completely empty, with barely anything inside – no salads, no cheese, no cream, no onions, no chutneys… absolutely nothing! How is this acceptable from a brand like Burger King? I paid good money expecting a proper burger experience, but this was more like a plain bun. It’s impossible to eat something so incomplete. I strongly urge Burger King to improve their quality control and ensure customers actually get what they pay for. This is extremely...
