Burger Singh — Restaurant in Delhi

I recently visited this Burger Singh branch following a recommendation from a close friend. I’d like to share a few observations with the store staff and, particularly, with the owner:

There’s a need to improve communication skills and training for your staff before they begin taking orders. I found them to be rude and dismissive of customer concerns. An incident occurred where a customer, who had been waiting in line and entered the store at 10:50 PM, left without placing an order because it was 11:03 PM by the time his turn came. The general practice should be to serve customers who are already inside the restaurant before closing time. I noticed that there are two other burger stores in the same PVR Plaza (McDonald’s and Burger King) which seem to have more staff and better processes in place. I would recommend these stores for ordering burgers over Burger Singh. The food quality at Burger Singh did not meet my expectations. This was my first time trying it, and I feel that other burger places offer significantly better recipes.

Although I hesitate to comment on this, it appears that Burger Singh is struggling to compete with major players. A noticeable decline in sales, likely due to quality issues, seems to have led to a reduction in staff, which, in turn, has negatively impacted customer service. While I can only speculate, this trend might challenge the store’s long-term survival. I wish them good luck...

I went to the saket Burger Singh Outlet. Firstly there was just one person in the counter who was the most unresponsive and ignorant person I have even seen in my life. It took us 15 minutes to just stand there waiting to order. Finally when the order was done it took them 25 minutes to prepare the order when they said it would be done within 9 minutes in which a fries was complimentary if the order is not given on time. He said it would be given but was not given along the order. He said it would take time to do the fries additionally which is fine. We waited for 20 minutes for the free fries. Not because we were hungry. We wanted to see how much committed they are to their words. We were forced to leave the place out of embarrassment of waiting for just a complimentary fries and the cook was screaming from inside that it would take time like a very illiterate person. Very...

Wow, the burger was absolutely delicious! The patty was cooked to perfection, and the toppings were fresh and flavorful. The bun was soft and toasted just right. I loved the combination of flavors and textures. 5/5 stars!"
