Tossin Pizza (Rohit Narang's) is a great place to have pizzas!! We visited the outlet during exploring the community centre area, post watching movie.

Having eaten from a different branch before, we were full of good expectations.

We visited during afternoon time & it was legit empty (till the entire 45 mins we stayed in, nobody else came). Disregarding this, we enjoyed a quiet pizza brunch.

On first sight, the menu appears expensive. We ordered a 9" Yo Yo chicken tikka pizza, costing us Rs500+. For a medium pizza, that's a bit excess.

Post ordering, we took some pics to post on social media & i noticed the details of the outlet. Overhead AC's, aesthetic decoration, a huge glowing sign inside the resturant, glass to see the work being put into making pizza, visible from sitting area.

The resturant is definitely classy. And then came the pizza. Damn tasty, well made. Even the chicken tikka could be eaten individually & it was tasty + separately cooked.

Utterly Disgusting Experience - Cold Pizza & Mocking Delivery Driver

I am absolutely appalled by the service I received tonight. Not only was my pizza stone cold upon arrival, but the delivery driver's behavior was utterly unprofessional and frankly, insulting.

Apparently, my order was initially taken to the wrong address. This resulted in a significant delay and, of course, a completely frigid pizza. While mistakes happen, the driver's reaction was beyond unacceptable. Instead of offering an apology or attempting to rectify the situation, he stood at my door and LAUGHED in my face. He seemed to find my frustration and disappointment genuinely amusing.

This is not just a case of a cold pizza; it's a complete disregard for customer service and basic human decency. I have never encountered such rude and unprofessional behavior from a delivery driver.

I am utterly disgusted and will NEVER order from Tossin Pizza again. I strongly advise anyone considering ordering from them to look elsewhere if you value receiving your food hot and being treated with respect. This company clearly does not care about...

I dined in with friends here. Loved the ambience , simple but solid and comfortable interiors in wood. I had their special peri peri veg pan pizza and the pull apart garlic bread with a mojito. The crust was super delicious and the cheese just adequate. The dip/sauce they give is amazing too. The best part is that they have an elaborate menu and you can not only customise your crust from thin to ultra thin to whole wheat but also the range of toppings goes from Escobar ( nachos ) to all sorts of vegetables and meats to even Rajasthani Laal Maas !
