Captain Katora Yamuna Vihar — Restaurant in Delhi

I took a team of government officials along with me to have lunch at this restaurant as this restaurant is in my close friends premises.

Service:

The service at the restaurant is way below average and pathetic. I asked one of the waiters to provide an extra set of tissues on the table as we were a large gathering, to which he said first finish the ones on the table. What he did not realise is that the set of tissues was on the other side of the table and you cannot bother people to keep tossing tissues between lunch.

The time they took to serve our main course post starters was way too long ... around 20-30 mins we were sitting. We were just sitting idle for all that time. That too when I had requested them to serve in short gap between starters and lunch

This place is not suitable for business or official meetings despite booking in advance.

The waiters are not groomed at all and seem to be just good at bringing the food from kitchen and just putting it on the table. You won't feel any hospitality. So forget about being served or personally attended to.

They call themselves a fine dining restaurant however they need to understand that their ambiance is of fine dining, service is completely not.

Food: Was ok !! Priced like CP however doesn't match the taste as per price ratio and quantity is very low aswell.

Also I know the management would simple responds by saying thank-you for bringing this to our concern etc ... but...

They have other chains too around Yamuna Vihar. They have one of the branch in Dayalpur. But there is huge difference between the cost of the food items which should not be the thing. This outlet is quite spacious. They have multiple sitting available. Any Large group can easily be accommodated. They do have separate washroom for male and female. They have competitive price. It may cost you around ₹300-400 for two persons. They levy extra 5% GST on all food items. The take of food it ok. We tried cold coffee and malai chaap but the taste wasn't upto the price they are charging. Like cold coffee completely lack the essence of a coffee and chaap weren't well cooked. But yes the ambience of the place is good. Very few resturant in this area provide such quality sitting. Five star to the hospitality and sitting arrangement. They need to work on taste a bit. All...
