Chawlas 2 — Restaurant in Delhi

If I had the chance to rate -5 I would have done that as well. My food was ordered at 9.15 pm considering and recommending chawlas , however after an hour I get a call from the delivery boy that he has a punctured tyre and would take atleast half an hour . On calling the Restaurant even after half an hour the guy tell me that he can't help and I will have to continue with the cold food that is still yet to reach me . I'm writing this as the person on the call is adement enough to tell me I can go rate him but he believes that food delivered after 2 hours is good enough !!! They’re serving Pathetic food and delv is next level, if you ordering from them so keep a point they will surely take 2- 2.5 hrs to delv.

Also, if you’ll complaint about specific order.

Nobody is bothered to watch out. They’ll started disconnecting your calls once start reaching out to them.

Worst experience with them. No at all value for money and also wastage of time and stressing your mind while waiting n waiting for your food.
