I ordered a pizza and potato wedges from this restaurant using ola and i only received pizza but potato wedges was not there so i called this restaurant and they said sorry sir we dont have potato wedges available so we delivered only pizza but i have paid for both and there is no refund system in ola and the restaurant was also not helpful they should have provided me some solution but they ended up my call saying they will call back every time and till now I haven’t received any response from there side and also didn't received any...

I was really disappointed with my experience at Chicago Pizza. The pizza was overly greasy, and the crust tasted stale. The toppings didn't feel fresh, and the overall flavor was bland. On top of that, the service was slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in addressing our concerns. For the price they charge, I expected much better quality. Worst service i have ever seen, Management is very unresponsive and unmanaged, very very very late service if u order something in the morning it will come at midnight, fake promises like in menu card only 1/4 part of menu u can order cuz most of the things they don’t have…….i realise they don’t care customer as well, I’m not gonna come here...
