I recently had the pleasure of dining at Flavourz Factoree with my friends, and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed. From the moment I walked in, the asthetic of the restaurant caught my eye. The interior design was modern and chic, making for a very comfortable dining experience.

One of the things that stood out to me about Flavourz Factoree was the budget-friendly pricing of their menu items. Despite the affordable prices, the quality of the food was not compromised in the slightest. The 100% vegetarian menu was filled with a variety of tasty options that catered to all taste preferences.

I was pleased to find out that Flavourz Factoree had two floors, with the upper floor being newly built and absolutely stunning. This made for a very spacious and comfortable dining experience, perfect for family and friends, or even small group birthday parties.

The managing people at Flavourz Factoree were very friendly and accommodating. They were always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, which made the dining experience even more enjoyable.

Lastly, the location of the restaurant is very convenient as it is situated just near Nawada Metro station. This made for an easy and stress-free commute to and from the restaurant.

Overall, I highly recommend Flavourz Factoree for anyone looking for a budget-friendly, tasty and aesthetic dining experience. I would give it 4.5 stars out of 5, and I am already looking forward to...

I’ve visited your café twice and while the food is truly amazing, the staff’s behavior has completely ruined my experience.

On my recent visit, I ordered fried momos, white sauce pasta, and a burger. I had initially mentioned chilli potato but clearly refused it multiple times—both I and my friend said no. Despite that, it was served, then taken to another table when we objected. Yet it was still added to our bill. Even a cleaning staff confirmed we didn’t order it.

When we raised the issue, the staff argued instead of resolving it. The order-taker dismissed the staff member who supported us, refused to show camera footage (saying it doesn’t record audio), and never even repeated the order while taking it—which is basic protocol. He even tried blaming us for “talking among ourselves” while ordering, which is absurd.

What’s worse, there was no apology. We were publicly disrespected, and the whole situation was handled with arrogance. I came all the way from Rohini Sector 22 just for your food, but I won’t return after this humiliating experience.

I want a written apology for the unprofessional and disrespectful treatment. Good food is not enough when the service makes a customer feel...

Initially they had good quality and gentle approach

But now they are getting rude and careless And quality is degrading day by day

Had a couple of experience when I told them I have ordered for schezwan chomin they provided me plain chomin saying we changed our recipie and now it's like this

Second time I came back to shop and complained about they forgot to give me souce with kurkere Momos and fried momos

They simply denied and said it's not possible for us miss anything and did bother to give me a souce packet

I had to eat two full Momos with maggie souce i had at my home

Third time i was waiting at counter to get a token and the guy on counter asked me to wait over 15 min just because there was a online order which he was not able to accept
