Poor Service and Disrespectful Staff at Golden Bake and Cake

I'm extremely disappointed with the service I received from Golden Bake and Cake. I ordered a custom cake for a special occasion, but the experience was marred by poor communication, delays, and disrespect from the staff.

Despite repeated calls and messages, they failed to keep me updated on the status of my order. When I finally received the cake, it was late and didn't match my expectations.

What's worse is the attitude of the staff. They were unapologetic, unfriendly, and seemed completely uninterested in resolving my issues.

Overall, I'm highly dissatisfied with Golden Bake and Cake and would advise others to avoid them. Their poor service, lack of communication, and disrespectful staff make them unworthy...

This place is terribly worse. These people are playing with our health. They are giving us spoilt food that has already started to deacy and that is covered with fungus. I recently ordered aalo and paneer patty from this restaurant and had a terrible experience. Those patties were covered in fungus and it was just like they've filled fungus in patty. When I saw that it left me in shock. I do not understand how can they give that much spoilt or rotten food to customers.just see the pictures and please if you are thinking to eat anything from here believe me that is your worst decision. Their food can cause you severe food poisoning and could lead you to severe health conditions. Eating anything from here is exactly equal to eating fungus. Think thrice before thinking to eat...

I recently visited Golden Bake and Cake for my birthday cake and was thoroughly impressed. Not only did they offer reasonable prices, but the waiting time was minimal, which was a huge plus. The bakery had an extensive selection of chocolates, including popular brands like Cadbury Dairy Milk and Five Star. I couldn't resist grabbing a few extras!
