Pizza Hut | Dwarka Mor, Delhi — Restaurant in Delhi

I had very bad experience with Pizza Hut which is unforgettable. 26th Oct, 2016 was my Son's first birthday. I and my Husband met Mr. Rakesh - Manager at Pizza Hut near Dwarka Mor Metro Station on 25th Oct, 2016 evening discussed, agreed and finalised the event for 26th Oct my son's birthday. Details total gathering approx 50, menu decided, Booked exclusively for 3 hours 1900-2200hrs, decoration etc.

On 26th Oct, 2016 at 1500hrs I went to Pizza hut to check how things are going on. I was shocked - no decoration, no arrangements and at 1520hrs they informed me that they cannot organise my son's birthday. I was feeling helpless and said you have to get it done. His first excuse was they didn't checked the record the venue is booed for somebody else for the same evening. When I was arguing with them, then they said they can organise birthday party at Sector 5 paizza hut you may go and check the venue. We didnt want to spoil our day we went to see Sector 5 Pizza hut the manager said they don't have slot available at 1900hrs. They cannot organise.

It was embarrassing and guilty situation for us - as we informed our guests the venue time etc, and at last moment Pizza hut people ditched us. Pizza hut people are not reliable, they spoiled our day, they didnt helped us.

Then I checked with Dominos at Uttam nagar branch at 1645hrs over the phone I had a word with Ms. Parveen she is a day saver for us on that day. She said she will organise exclusively for us , we went to see the location, It was awesome she agreed she will take of everything.

I informed my guest about venue change and when we reached along with our guests at 1920hrs at Dominos, I was surprised they decorated the venue so beautifully, all well organised, staff was awesome very friendly. Words are less to appreciate and thank dominos team they made my day - emotionally as it was my son's first birthday and professionally they were phenomenon.

I and my Husband works in Corporate Companies, and we are professionals. We were shocked to see unprofessional-ism of Pizza hut and will make sure will never use Pizza hut service in personal as well professional life.

I recently visited Pizza Hut and had a rather disappointing experience. Despite the entire shop being empty, it took an unexpectedly long 40 minutes to receive my order of two pizzas. The slow service was perplexing given the lack of a crowd.

Moreover, I was surprised to learn that they didn't have the necessary dough to prepare a small-sized pizza. This limitation seemed odd for a popular pizza chain, and it affected the variety of options available.

The most disheartening aspect was the apparent lack of interest in providing satisfactory service and attending to guests. The staff seemed indifferent, and there was a noticeable absence of the usual attention to customer needs.

In summary, my visit to Pizza Hut left much to be desired. The combination of extended wait times, limited menu options due to ingredient shortages, and a lack of customer-focused service has certainly impacted my perception of this establishment. The worst Pizza Hut ever. I ordered for takeout and my father went to pick it up, they took nearly an hour to prepare the order, that would have been fine if the staff would have been nice about it but they were very rude. After preparing the order they gave only 7 pizzas while I ordered 8, when my father said that, the male representative said in a very rude manner that "7 hi h, hume kya dikhta nahi h !!", then my father called me and I sent him the order receipt and then they gave the full order. And after that my father asked for a bigger carry bag, they could have denied peacefully if they didn't have it but instead they were again very rude. I have to admit one of the rudest staff. I don't know what the staff gets from being rude with customers other than ruining their day. The Pizzas were fine though but the staff ruined the whole experience. Never ordering from this outlet again unless they improve....
